• Landscaped buffer width4 ft

  The standard buffer shall consist of a landscaped strip at least four feet wide outside the perimeter of the area where tower accessory structures and equipment are located at ground level.

• Temporary mobile site duration90 days

  Temporary mobile communications sites and equipment may be permitted on a case-by-case analysis by the Board of Supervisors and shall be limited to 90 days.

• Minimum collocations per tower7 users

  Each tower should allow for a minimum of seven collocations.

• Maximum tower heightMaximum heightThe tallest a building may be, given in feet, in storeys, or both — whichever binds first.199 ft

  No tower shall exceed 199 feet in height unless determined by the governing body that a larger tower is more preferable.

• Tower removal after cessation12 months

  All unused towers and antennas must be removed within 12 months of cessation of operation or use.

  Towers shall not be located within 500 feet of any residence other than the residence(s) on the parcel on which the tower is to be located.
