General provisions
141 rules that bind every district rather than one — sign regulations, parking, floodplain and the rest of the code’s citywide chapters.
The minimum lot area shall be 6,000 square feet. The minimum lot width at the setback line shall be 50 feet for lots with frontage on one public street and 75 feet for corner lots. The maximum percentage of any lot that may be covered by the footprint of a building shall be 40 percent.
