Height

The minimum lot area for single-family dwellings shall be 9,000 square feet. The minimum lot area for two-family dwellings shall be 12,000 square feet. The maximum percentage of any lot that may be covered by the footprint of a building shall be 25 percent for single-family dwellings or 30 percent for two-family dwellings. The maximum height of any building shall be 40 feet.
