From the ordinance
The minimum lot area shall be 25,000 square feet. The minimum lot width at the setback line shall be 100 feet for lots with frontage on one public street and 125 feet for corner lots fronting on two or more public streets. The maximum percentage of any lot that may be covered by the footprint of a building shall be 40 percent. The maximum height of any building shall be 50 feet.
