All permits issued for uses in the Manufacturing District M-1 shall include a provision specifying compliance with all applicable state and federal environmental laws and regulations; copies of required state and federal permits must be presented to the building official prior to the approval of site plans and issuance of building permits for manufacturing uses.

From the ordinance
The minimum lot area shall be 25,000 square feet. The minimum lot width at the setback line shall be 100 feet for lots with frontage on one public street and 125 feet for corner lots fronting on two or more public streets. The maximum percentage of any lot that may be covered by the footprint of a building shall be 40 percent. Maximum building height shall not be limited.
