General provisions

Parking shall be provided as set forth in Chapter 19.580 (Parking and Loading).
Living or sleeping in any vehicle, trailer, or vessel is prohibited when parked or stored on private property. Landscape front and street side yard setbacks shall not be used for off-street parking spaces.
