It is unlawful for the driver, owner or operator of any motor truck of a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of more than 10,000 pounds or truck tractor, or trailer of a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of more than 10,000 pounds, or any combination thereof, to park, or cause to be parked, any such vehicle upon any public street, or alley, or on any residentially zoned property, within the residential districts of the City of Riverside
