The fueling system shall be limited to two tanks, with a maximum cumulative capacity of 12,000 gallons. The fueling system shall not exceed ten feet in height. Above-ground fuel tanks of 1,000 gallons or more shall be located a minimum distance of 300 feet from any residential structure or residentially zoned property.
