From the ordinance
At the time of erection, establishment or enlargement of any land use involving the receipt and distribution by vehicles of materials and merchandise, there shall be provided and maintained for such new use or construction at least one loading space of not less than ten feet in width, 22 feet in length and 14 feet in height, with adequate ingress and egress from a public street or alley for each 4,000 square feet of gross floor area or fraction thereof.
