General provisions
769 rules that bind every district rather than one — sign regulations, parking, floodplain and the rest of the code’s citywide chapters.
Projects located within 1/4 mile of a light-rail station or within the Central District Transit-Oriented Area (Figure 1) shall comply with the parking requirements and maximums of Section 17.50.340 (Transit-Oriented Development).
Additional spaces up to a maximum of 50 percent above the required minimum/maximum are allowed as a matter of right, without any discretionary review by the City.
