Grading

In addition to the permit specified in Division 3 (Zones), a grading permit is also required for any grading project, as provided in Title 26 (Building Code) of the County Code.

This Section applies to grading projects, both on-site and off-site, in all zones where permitted, except that Zone O-S shall comply with Subsection D, below.
