18-9-211 standards

Every part of every required yard shall be open and unobstructed from the ground to the sky except as hereinafter provided or as otherwise permitted in this Ordinance.

18-9-36 standards

Fences/walls. Prior to the installation of any fence, retaining wall or non-retaining wall, a permit shall be obtained from the Administrator. Fences shall be subject to the following requirements pertaining to height, opacity, minimum setback, and special provisions.
