General provisions

Section 18-6-712 standards

There shall be provided on the premises used for the following purposes in any district at the time any building or structure is constructed... spaces for off-street loading...

Section 18-6-92 standards

For general office, storage uses, furniture stores and home improvement establishments, construction of up to one-third of the number of required off-street parking spaces may be deferred on the condition that all required parking shall be fully designed and depicted on the approved site plan...

Section 18-6-9.12 standards

For regional shopping malls of at least 500,000 square feet, the off-street parking requirements shall be calculated using the gross leasable area (GLA) of the mall. Section 18-6-9.21 standards

The Administrator may waive off-street parking requirements for a single-family detached dwelling proposed on an existing lot of record, upon a determination that (i) the dwelling is not located on a corner lot, (ii) the lot on which the dwelling is located has no access to a public or private alley, and (iii) the lot has fewer than 30 feet of street frontage.

Section 18-7-17 standards

The sidewalks in the Primary and Secondary Downtown Assessment Districts, as defined in Section 25-1 of the Winchester City Code, may be used by proprietors, owners, or tenants of businesses abutting the sidewalks, or outside vendors, subject to the provisions within this Section.

Section 18-7-25 standards
