  • Affordable housing requirement10 pct

    All Planned Unit Developments containing 20 or more dwelling units shall include at least ten percent (10%) affordable housing units.

  • Maximum commercial area55 pct

    not more than 55 percent of the gross area of a PUD product shall be devoted to commercial uses

  • For Single-Family Dwelling-type PUD developments exceeding the Conventional Development Density, the minimum required Common Open Space shall be calculated by dividing the Proposed Density by the Conventional Development Density above and then multiplying that ratio by the 15 percent common open space figure.

  • Underground utilities required

    Within the PUD development, all utilities, including telephone, television cable, and electrical systems, shall be installed underground.

Setback

  • no new building or structure taller than the maximum height limit of an adjoining LR, MR, HR, HR-1, RO-1, or RB-1 zoning district shall be situated within a horizontal distance of that zone interface less than the vertical height of the new building or structure, or less than 300 feet from the property line of any adjoining property in the LR, MR, HR, HR-1, RO-1, or RB-1 zoning district for any building or structure over fifty-five (55) feet when the adjoining lot is vacant or in residential use.
