General provisions

Sec. 18-294 standards

No more than two rooms shall be rented to guests at one time. Shall not be rented to more than four guests at one time. The total number of sleeping rooms available for rental is limited to a maximum of five sleeping rooms. The total number of adult renters allowed in a short-term rental shall be limited to two adults per available sleeping room, with a total maximum of ten total occupants including children.

Sec. 18-31 standards

Uses not specifically permitted in any district established under this Ordinance shall not be allowed.

Sec. 18-305 standards

A zoning permit is required for all wireless facilities and wireless support structures, except that no zoning permit is required for the following: 1. Routine maintenance. 2. The replacement of wireless facilities or wireless support structures within a six-foot perimeter with wireless facilities or wireless support structures that are substantially similar or the same size or smaller. 3. The installation, placement, maintenance or replacement of micro-wireless facilities that are suspended on cables or lines that are strung between existing utility poles in compliance with national safety codes.

Sec. 18-303 standards

Wireless support structures shall comply with the main building setback and yard requirements for the underlying zoning district. Other than associated equipment cabinets and other equipment that may be located on the ground, such equipment shall be collocated. Wireless support structures located outside of the public right-of-way shall have all utility connections installed underground. The height of any wireless facility shall be no more than the minimum to accomplish required coverage.
