§ 153.1451 standards

No nonconforming use, structure or use of land shall be re-established after discontinuance of two years.

§ 153.1461 standards

Nonconforming signs advertising a business which changes ownership must be removed within 90 days of the date of change of ownership.

§ 153.160, § 153.1631 standards

A conditional use permit shall be granted provided the Board finds that it: (A) Is designed, located and operated so as the public health, safety and welfare will be protected; (B) Will not adversely affect other property in the area in which it is located; (C) Is within the provision of conditional uses as set forth in this chapter; and (D) Conforms to all applicable provisions of this chapter for the district in which it is to be located and is necessary for public convenience in that location.

Minimum required lot area shall be 15,000 square feet. Maximum lot coverage shall not exceed 40% of total lot area. Maximum height shall be 25 feet above curb level.

§153.049 CC Core Commercial District3 standards

Maximum height of a front wall or other portions of a building or other structure shall be 35 feet above the curb level. No yards are required.

§153.050 GC General Commercial District5 standards

Minimum required lot area shall be 15,000 square feet. Maximum lot coverage shall not exceed 50% of total lot area. Maximum height shall be 35 feet above curb level.

§153.051 Industrial District5 standards

Maximum lot coverage shall not exceed 50% of total lot area. Maximum height shall be 35 feet above curb level. Front yards minimum 40 feet. Side yards minimum 25 feet (50 if adjoins residential). Rear yards minimum 25 feet (50 if adjoins residential).

§153.065, §153.066, §153.0672 standards

Residential dwelling: two spaces per dwelling unit. Commercial and industrial uses have specific ratios. Parking space dimensions: 9 ft wide, 20 ft long.

§153.066(G), §153.067(G)3 standards

Off-street loading berths shall have minimum dimensions: length 55 ft, width 12 ft, vertical clearance 15 ft. All loading facilities shall be located in the rear of the principal building.
