§ 152.06(A)(4), § 152.272 standards

The General Floodplain District shall be those areas identified as an A1-30 Zone on the maps accompanying the flood insurance study. ... New construction or substantial improvement of any residential structure shall have the lowest floor, including basement, elevated no lower than one foot above the base flood elevation.

§ 152.26, § 152.2728 standards

New construction and substantial improvements shall be anchored to prevent flotation, collapse or lateral movement. Residential structures shall have lowest floor elevated no lower than one foot above base flood elevation.

§ 152.281 standards

§ 153.007 (Definitions - Home Occupation)7 standards

An occupation conducted in a dwelling unit, provided that: (1) Only one person other than members of the family residing on the premises shall be engaged in such occupation; (2) The use of the dwelling unit for the home occupation shall be clearly incidental and subordinate to its use for residential purposes by its occupants, and not more than 25% of the floor area of the dwelling unit shall be used in the conduct of the home occupation; (3) There shall be no change in the outside appearance of the building or premises, or other visible evidence of the conduct of such home occupation other than one sign, not exceeding one square foot in area, non-illuminated and mounted flat against the wall of the principal building; (4) No home occupation shall be conducted in any accessory building; (5) There shall be no sales in connection with such home occupation; (6) No traffic shall be generated by such home occupation in greater volumes than would normally be expected in a residential neighborhood, and any need for parking generated by the conduct of such home occupation shall be met off the street and other than in a required front yard; and (7) No equipment or process shall be used in such home occupation which creates noise, vibration, glare, fumes, odors or electrical interference detectable to the normal senses off the lot, if the occupation is conducted in a single-family dwelling, or outside the dwelling unit if conducted in other than a single-family dwelling.

§ 153.007 (Home Occupation definition)4 standards

Home occupation: not more than 25% of floor area, one sign not exceeding one square foot, no sales, no traffic generated, no equipment creating noise, etc.

Minimum required lot area 88,000 sq ft. Front yards 50 ft, side yards 80 ft each side, rear yards 50 ft. Max height 50 ft.

§ 153.0432 standards

Within the CN District, the minimum required lot area for permitted uses shall be 88,000 square feet. Front yards shall not be less than 50 feet. Side yards shall not be less than 80 feet on each side and a total of 160 feet. Rear yards shall not be less than 50 feet.

§ 153.047 (C)-(H)12 standards

Minimum required lot area for mobile home park shall be five acres. Minimum plot size 4,500 sq ft. Yards: front 15, side 15 each, rear 15. No traditional housing units permitted.

Minimum lot area 15,000 sq ft. Max lot coverage 40%. Max height 25 ft. Front yard min 40 ft (60 if parking). Side yards min 30 ft (50 if adjoining residential). Rear yards min 30 ft (50 if adjoining residential).

No minimum lot size. No maximum lot coverage. Max height 35 ft. No yards required, but if open area along side lot line, at least 10 ft wide.

§ 153.051 (C)-(E)6 standards

No minimum lot size. Max lot coverage 50%. Max height 35 ft. Front yard 40 ft. Side yards 25 ft (50 if adjoining residential). Rear yards 25 ft (50 if adjoining residential).

§ 153.065, § 153.066, § 153.0674 standards

Residential dwelling: two spaces per dwelling unit. Place of worship: one per three seats. Commercial uses: see table. Industrial: one per 1,500 sq ft or per 3 employees.

§ 153.066 (G), § 153.067 (G)5 standards

Off-street loading berths shall have minimum dimensions: length 55 ft, width 12 ft, vertical clearance 15 ft. Entrances/exits at least 50 ft from intersection. Screening required when adjacent to residential.
