Off-street loading berths shall have minimum dimensions of: length: 55 feet; width: 12 feet; and vertical clearance: 15 feet.

All off-street loading facilities shall be located in the rear of the principal building.

All permitted or required open off-street loading berths located adjacent to residences or a residential district shall be screened from the adjoining residential district by a strip at least four feet wide with shrubs or trees, or a wall/fence at least six feet high.
