All uses shall be conducted within completely enclosed building except for parking, loading and other accessory uses which by their nature must exist outside a building.

For all proposed development within the NC District, prior to issuance of a building permit, a site plan shall be submitted to the Planning Commission.

Minimum required lot area shall be 15,000 square feet. Maximum lot coverage shall not exceed 40% of total lot area. Maximum height shall be 25 feet above curb level.
