Nonconforming uses may continue but are subject to limitations: repairs limited, expansion prohibited, change to more detrimental use prohibited, discontinuance for 2 years terminates.
No structure used for a nonconforming use shall be rebuilt or repaired after damage exceeding 75% of replacement cost unless the use and structure conform to the provisions of this chapter.
