  • Prohibition of use variances

    Under no circumstances shall the Board grant a variance to allow a use not permitted in the district.

  • Standards for variances

    Board shall not grant variance unless: property acquired in good faith, exceptional conditions, hardship approaching confiscation, not shared generally, no detriment, not general/recurring, harmony, no use variance, financial concerns not basis, no special privilege.
