General sign regulations. (b) General requirements, all signs. The following regulations apply generally to all signs and are in addition to the regulations contained elsewhere in this chapter.

An accessory dwelling unit (ADU) shall only be constructed as an accessory use in conjunction with an existing detached single-family dwelling ...
