- Parking lot canopy tree requirement
All parking lots must have one (1) canopy tree at least eight (8) feet in height and 1.75 to two (2) inches in caliper measured one (1) foot above grade when planted with an expected mature height of thirty-five (35) feet or more within sixty (60) feet of each parking space
