Section 3-9-2(a)1 standards

Section 5-4-13 standards

Each PTD shall be subject to the following site development regulations: ... Minimum frontage and lot width: None ... The maximum height may be increased provided each required yard (side, rear, or buffer) adjoining a residential district or use is increased by two feet above the minimum for each foot in height over 45 feet.

The maximum height may be increased provided each required yard (side, rear, or buffer) adjoining a residential district or use is increased by two feet above the minimum for each foot in height over 45 feet. In no case shall a buffer screening area adjoining any residential district or use be less than 10 feet in width. Public water and sewer services are required in the PTD.
