For each low-income housing unit, as defined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, as modified and adopted by the Town Council, in a given planned unit development, the developer may have one additional unit over and above the number of units allowed, as computed in Section 5-5-3(a), except that the gross density shall not exceed more than 50% over and above the maximum allowed density in the planned unit development.
