- Unlisted use determination
The Administrator will determine whether an unlisted use is part of an existing use as defined in Article XI. Upon determining the most similar use type, the Administrator will treat the proposed use the same as the most similar use. If the Administrator determines that the proposed use is not similar to any listed use, that use is prohibited.
