Primary residential uses are allowed... No PUD shall be allowed which does not incorporate a variety of dwelling types. The maximum gross density shall not exceed 20 units per acre... A planned unit development shall contain a minimum of five acres of land. The conserved open space within a planned unit development shall be at least 20% of the gross acreage... Structures within the planned unit development shall be connected to public water and sewer lines and all utility lines shall be placed underground.
