In order to improve pedestrian and traffic safety, the applicant shall install a maximum of three (3) new street lights (one maximum fronting Parcel A and two maximum fronting Parcel B-2) on or near the frontage of the property along Westminster Drive, including conduits, conductors, electrical service (if necessary), pull boxes, and miscellaneous appurtenant work.
