If the development includes a common trash enclosure area, it shall be provided in accordance with the requirements of Section 17.40.120 (Refuse Storage Facilities) of the Pasadena Municipal Code. Deliveries and trash pickup shall not occur between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily.
