Historic resources shall be preserved against such decay and deterioration and shall remain free from structural defects through prompt corrections of any of the following defects: Façades which may fall and injure members of the public or property; Deteriorated or inadequate foundation... Deteriorated or ineffective waterproofing... Defective or insufficient weather protection... Any fault or defect in the building that renders it not properly watertight or structurally unsafe.
