- Underground utilities required
All utility facilities shall be installed underground within the site for nonresidential and mixed-use development. For residential development, all utility facilities on a site being developed with a new dwelling unit, or new construction adding more than 100 square feet to an existing dwelling unit, shall be installed underground within the property lines of the site.
