The applicant shall demonstrate that the project will not result in levels of radio frequency emissions that exceed Federal Communications Commission standards.

Support facilities housed outside of structures shall be screened from public view by fences, landscaping, trellises, walls, and similar treatments.

Each facility shall be located a minimum of 25 feet from an existing off-premises sign or an on-premises freestanding sign.
