The accessory dwelling unit shall be no less than 150 square feet in size.

Setback
With the exception of Exemption ADUs, newly constructed ADUs shall comply with the front-yard setback requirements of the underlying zone.

Accessory dwelling units are permitted in all zoning districts that permit single-family or multifamily dwelling residential uses on sites with at least one proposed or existing dwelling.
