The facility shall be located on a site that is a minimum of two acres and shall be: a. Within an enclosed structure; b. At least 200 feet from any residential use, child day-care centers, large and small family day-care homes, park and recreation facility, public or private school, or religious facility... c. At least 100 feet from any public right-of-way.
