The structure shall be located in an FGSP-RM-12, RM-16, RM-16-1, RM-32, RM-48, WGSP-1 or WGSP-2 zoning district; and the structure shall be designated as a landmark or listed individually on the National Register of Historic Places. A minimum of 2.5 parking spaces shall be provided for each 1,000 square feet of gross floor area.
