From the ordinance
For office uses, the minimum number of required off-street parking shall be reduced by 25 percent, with an optional reduction up to 35 percent. For all other nonresidential uses, the minimum number of required off-street parking spaces shall be reduced by 10 percent, with an optional reduction up to 20 percent.
