For residential development projects proposing at least 48 dwelling units per acre in these TOD areas: Units 1-bedroom or fewer: a limit of 1 parking space for each unit; Units 2-bedrooms or more: a minimum of 1.5 parking spaces shall be required for each unit, to a maximum of 1.75 spaces per unit.
