From the ordinance

Buildings may be erected up to three (3) stories in height. The minimum lot area for permitted uses shall be three (3) acres. The setback line shall be located sixty (60) feet from all street right-of-way lines. Each main structure shall have a minimum side yard of twenty-five (25) feet. Each main structure shall have a minimum rear yard of forty (40) feet.
