Height

From the ordinance

Buildings may be erected up to a maximum height of three (3) stories. The setback line shall be located a minimum of ten (10) feet from all street rights-of-way provided adequate site distance is maintained. In the case of a corner lot, no structure shall be located closer than fifteen (15) feet from the right-of-way line of the side street. In any townhouse subdivision, no minimum setback line is required.
