From the ordinance

Buildings may be erected up to three (3) stories in height. The minimum lot size shall be ten thousand (10,000) square feet. The minimum lot width at the setback line shall be eighty (80) feet. Each main structure shall have a minimum side yard of ten (10) feet. Each main structure shall have a minimum rear yard of twenty-five (25) feet. The setback line in an R-1 district shall be located a minimum of ten (10) feet from all street right-of-way lines.
