Buildings may be erected up to a maximum of three (3) stories. The setback line for lots in a C-1 district shall be located a minimum of ten (10) feet from all street right-of-way lines provided adequate site distance is maintained. In the case of a corner lot, no structure shall be located closer than fifteen (15) feet from the street right-of-way lines of the side street. In any village house subdivision, the setback line shall be twenty (20) feet from any street right-of-way.
