The use shall be conducted wholly within the building, including the storage of wastes and by-products. Outdoor product displays are prohibited.

Buildings may be erected up to four (4) stories. For structures permitted above the height limit, see article XI of this chapter. The setback line for lots in an M-1 district shall be located a minimum of ten (10) feet and a maximum of fifteen (15) feet from all street right-of-way lines, provided adequate site distances is maintained.
