Noise

  • No detectable noise, vibration, glare, fumes, odors, or electrical interference

    No equipment or process shall be used in such home occupation which creates noise, vibration, glare, fumes, odors or electrical interference detectable to the normal senses off the lot.

Other

  • Use must be incidental and subordinate to residential use

    The use of the dwelling unit for a home occupation shall be clearly incidental and subordinate to its use for residential purposes by its occupants.

  • No additional traffic

    The home occupation shall generate no additional traffic to the dwelling unit.

  • No outdoor display or storage

    There shall be no outdoor display of goods or outside storage of equipment of materials used in such home occupation.

  • Permit non-transferable

    The home occupation permit is valid to the original applicant only and is not transferable.

  • Only residents may be engaged

    Only individuals residing on the premises shall be engaged in the occupation.

  • Secondary use, all activity within building

    The home occupation shall be a secondary use of the dwelling. All business activity shall be conducted wholly within the building.

Parking

  • No additional parking spaces

    No additional parking spaces shall be added to the premises.
