The following vehicles registered with the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles or any other state or government agency having a gross weight of ten thousand one hundred (10,100) pounds or more, shall not be parked or stored in any residential district: Box trucks, Flat bed trucks, Stake bed trucks, Step vans, Trailers.
