From the ordinance

Buildings may be erected up to three (3) stories in height. The minimum lot size shall be one (1) acre. The minimum lot width shall be one hundred fifty (150) feet at the setback line. Each main structure shall have a minimum side yard of twenty-five (25) feet. Each main structure shall have a minimum rear yard of forty (40) feet. The setback line shall be located sixty (60) feet from all street right-of-way lines.
