General provisions

Sec. 6.8(2)(d)2 standards

Light poles shall be no greater than 20 feet in a residential district or mixed-use district, nor 25 feet in a commercial or industrial district.

Sec. 6.9(3)1 standards

Uses subject to Group I and Group II standards shall not produce glare so as to cause illumination in R districts in excess of 0.5 foot-candles.

Sec. 7.12 standards

Adequate outfall means a natural or manmade channel or pipe capable of conveying the runoff from a two-year design storm without overtopping its banks or eroding after development of the site in question.

Sec. 7.1.622 standards

For the purpose of these regulations, an off-street parking space is an all-weather surfaced area not in a street or alley and having an area of not less than 162 square feet (nine feet in width and 18 feet in length minimum)...

Sec. 7.25 standards

For the purpose of these regulations, each loading space required by this section shall be at least 12 feet wide by 25 feet long (or deep), with at least 14 feet of overhead clearance. Sec. 8.8(10)1 standards
