General provisions
335 rules that bind every district rather than one — sign regulations, parking, floodplain and the rest of the code’s citywide chapters.
The total area of all such signs shall not exceed 20 square feet, nor shall any sign exceed eight feet in height. Temporary signs shall be permitted for a period not to exceed three months.
