General provisions

335 rules that bind every district rather than one — sign regulations, parking, floodplain and the rest of the code’s citywide chapters.

Section 4.45 standards

Monuments shall be located at all corners... four inches in diameter and two feet in length... Sidewalks shall be required on both sides of each street... not less four feet wide... House numbers... minimum height of four inches... Fire hydrants... approximately one hydrant every 300 feet.
