Accessory dwelling unit standards: one per lot, max 1,200 sqft internal/attached or 900 sqft detached, 10 ft setbacks, 1 parking space, max 2 bedrooms, max 3 occupants.
An accessory dwelling unit is permitted in the zoning districts specified in table 78-80.2(c) and shall comply with the following standards: ... (5) Size limit. a. Internal or attached. The floor area of an internal or attached accessory dwelling unit shall not exceed 40 percent of the gross floor area of the principal dwelling, or 1,200 square feet, whichever is less. b. Detached. The maximum gross floor area of a detached accessory dwelling unit shall not exceed 900 square feet. ... (8) Limit on bedrooms and occupancy. An accessory dwelling unit shall not contain more than two bedrooms or be occupied by more than three persons. (10) Parking. There shall be a minimum of one off-street parking space...

Bed and breakfast establishments permitted by special exception in R-15 and R-10 and historic overlay; max 3 guest rooms, max 6 guests, max 7-day rental.
Bed and breakfast establishments may be established in owner- or operator-occupied single-family detached homes, including normal residential accessory structures existing as of March 1, 2007, in the R-15 and R-10 zoning districts; and in the historic district overlay.
Vehicle rental is permitted by special exception as an accessory to hotels, motels, inns and conference centers and shall comply with the following standards: ... (3) Limit on Parking Area. The area used for the parking and storage of vehicles for rent shall be no greater than 10 percent of the site area. (4) Limits of Vehicle Location. Vehicles shall be located at least 250 feet from schools, daycare centers, residential uses, or undeveloped land in residential zoning districts.
Other accessory use standards: car rental 10% site area, 250 ft from residential; used vehicle sales 40,000 sqft min, 10 vehicles; caretaker 1,000 sqft, 1 floor; daycare 20% floor area; outdoor storage 1,000 gal flammable underground.
Used vehicle sales is permitted by special exception as an accessory to new vehicle sales and vehicle service and repair uses and shall comply with the following standards: ... (2) Minimum Area. The subject property for the principal and accessory use shall have an area of at least 40,000 square feet.
Only one unit per principal use is allowed, and it shall be occupied by at least one person... It shall not exceed 1,000 square feet in area.
Not exceed an amount of floor area equivalent to 20 percent of the total floor area of the principal use to which it is accessory.
