Vehicles shall not be displayed within a required setback or buffer. There shall be no display of vehicles for rent along any street frontage. There shall be no vehicle display on top of a building. There shall be no racks that tilt vehicles in any way. The storage and parking of vehicles shall not use or interfere with parking or loading spaces required for the principal use.
